KANBAN BOARD Printable

Kanban boards: Can-ban? Con-bon? I may not know how to pronounce it, but I do know how helpful they are as a planning tool!

As we gear up to homeschool, I’m working on daily schedules for the girls and I. This visual schedule is going to be so helpful for my girls when they’re checking off schoolwork tasks for the day. No need to ask what and how many assignments are left! Just look at the board!

I designed the Kanban board with a very minimal look so as to limit as many distractions as possible in our homeschool room.

As you can see, the overall concept of a kanban board is pretty simple: a “to-do” section, a “doing” section, and a “done” section. It’s like a checklist but with pretty post-it notes.

I designed these boards for 8.5″ x 11″ paper and have plans to design bigger sizes later. As I mentioned, these are for the girls’ school work, but I am already dreaming of all of the things I can put on mine!

I laminated the boards using standard 3M laminating sheets to ensure that they last longer.

The girls are excited for all of the fun color combos, and I’m excited to have a streamlined system for their daily agendas! Below is a free kanban board printable. If you grab one, leave me a comment telling me how you plan to use it!
